Key Skills and Expertise (Executive-Level Mandate) EBA/DORA Expertise: Deep knowledge of the EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and DORA. Ability to define strategies for CTPP readiness and significantly ease the compliance burden for our banking clients. Cloud Compliance Leadership: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Azure’s compliance offerings and security frameworks, ensuring seamless alignment with financial sector regulations for external cloud approvals. ISO/SOC Program Ownership: Proven ability to direct ISO 27001 ISMS and SOC 1/SOC 2 Type II programs to deliver reliable, executive-level assurance. Client-Centric Contract Expertise: Skilled in negotiating compliance addendums and SLAs, ensuring contractual terms actively support regulatory requirements for our banking clients. Operational Resilience: Mastery in DR/BCM strategy and resilience testing, including DORA’s TLPT, ensuring Quipu’s adherence to mandatory RTOs/RPOs for clients. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is essential for effective communication with clients and regulators.
